Monitoring and evaluation of The Foundation’s programme is important for the staff, trustees and grantees.  The Foundation aims to make the process of monitoring and evaluating grants as straightforward as possible. The objective of The Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation plan is three-fold:

1. To provide grantees with useful data about social justice programming
2. To create a shared understanding and learning between Board and staff regarding programme and institutional performance
3. To provide the Foundation Trustees with the necessary information to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities

Grantees are asked to report against their own indicators and also, to a lesser extent, those of The Foundation.
